It's official - the baby girl is walking! This had made for some interesting and unfortunate experiences....right after taking the top two pictures, Madison fell head first onto the wooden bed frame and got quite a goose egg. She has several "black and blue" marks from her learning adventures...doesn't keep her down for long!The highlight of our 4th of July celebration was a BBQ dinner with the Castleberry family. As you can see, everyone gets along quite well! Emma is Madison's best big girl friend - Peanut always puts on a smile for Emma. Emma has taught Madison all sorts of things...how to squeal and laugh, how to eat like a cajun, and most importantly how to take a good long nap after playing hard. Madison loves Andrew as well - he is her biggest supporter and tries to explain how to crawl, walk, and play with her toys. He even picked her up and walked with her today - not a small feat, even for grown-ups! No fireworks for the Wild bunch this year; maybe next year we can keep Peanut up that late!
